Here’s how it works:
Enter your order number and the email address used for the order, then click Start.
Follow the simple steps in the portal.

refund, or
a size exchange
A return shipping label will be provided directly in the portal.
Return options
Refund:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges:
- Free of charge
- Size-only for the same model
Important information
Returns are accepted within 30 days
Items must be unworn (indoor try-on allowed)
Shoes showing outdoor use are not eligible for refunds
All returns must be registered via the portal
Return labels are not included in the package
Independently purchased labels cannot be reimbursed
